With Covid restrictions massively impacting the job market in the hospitality branch, we created something meaningful with Dirk van de broek, one of the leading supermarkets in the Netherlands. By connecting their need for supermarket managers with the sudden loss of a lot of hospitality jobs, I created the omschoolweek (re-school week). With this campaign we targeted hospitality managers who lost their job due to the covid restrictions and gave them the opportunity to join our re-school week and become a supermarket manager at Dirk. The campaign was a huge success and received a lot of Nationwide PR.
