PARADISO

The “Pop Temple” of the Netherlands celebrated its 50th anniversary. This milestone had to be celebrated by the entire city, since most “Amsterdammers”, young and old, have memories of a night in the magical church in the middle of the city. I wanted them to stand in Paradiso one more time, bringing back memories.
We took over bus- and tram stops in the city center and designed them like the Paradiso, with the characteristic stained glass and named it in Paradiso terms: De Kleinste zaal (the tiny room). While waiting for your tram, you could go back in time (1-50 years) and think of those unforgettable Paradiso nights. Small bands were playing live in the stops and posted it online, it was their one chance to shine in Paradiso.
